Swanville. Grass-finished beef and lamb; sheepskins, wool blankets. At Meadowsweet Farm we work with our domestic animals and plants and the environment to grow healthy food. We treat our animals with respect and allow them the fullest expression of their natures consistent with good husbandry. Our sheep and cattle graze on carefully managed pastures during the spring, summer and fall, and are fed hay and/or grass silage during the winter.
