The Belfast Farmers’ Market strives to be a pet friendly space for both customers and vendors. To ensure a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for everyone, the following pet policy applies:

1. Leash Requirement-
   All pets must be kept on a secure leash at all times while on market grounds. Owners must maintain control of their pets at all times during market hours.
   

2. Host Site Rules-
   Pets will only be permitted at the market if they are allowed by the host site or landlord. If the host site does not allow pets, the market will follow those rules without exception.
   

3. Owner Responsibility-
   Pet owners are responsible for their pets’ behavior, supervision, and clean-up. Any waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly.
   

4. Market Safety and Disturbances-
   The Belfast Farmers’ Market reserves the right to ask pet owners to remove their pet from the market if the pet is causing disturbances or compromising the safety of market customers or vendors.
   

5. Service Animals-
   Service animals assisting individuals with disabilities are permitted in accordance with applicable laws.
